Trials

How Our Orthopaedic Footwear Trials Work

Thank you for your interest in trialing our orthopaedic footwear. We’re here to support you in finding the best fit for your client. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Getting Started

  • Complete our Footwear Recommendation Quiz Form, providing all requested details.
  • This information helps us recommend the most suitable footwear options for your client.

NDIS Plans

  • We welcome families with self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funding. Please ensure sufficient funds are available before requesting a trial.
  • We can provide a quote to assist with your NDIS funding request.
  • Please note: We cannot support NDIA-managed clients at this time.

Trial Details

  • A maximum of two (2) pairs of shoes can be sent for trial.
  • The treating therapist is responsible for managing the trial, including:
    • Receiving the footwear
    • Trialling with the child
    • Managing the return of any items
  • All shoes must remain in the therapist’s possession until payment is completed. This ensures that returns are accepted and items remain in unused condition.

Shipping Costs and Returns/Exchange

  • Standard shipping fees:
    • 1 pair: $19.90
    • 2 pairs: $29.80
  • A complimentary return label is provided for the first return if the product is returned in its original packaging and remains unused.
  • If shoes are returned without the original packaging or show signs of use, a return fee will apply.
  • Any additional return or shipping costs beyond the first return are the responsibility of the customer.

After the Trial

  • If the client decides to proceed with a purchase, please contact us so we can issue an invoice.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
  • All returns must be completed within 30 days of the trial start date. Items not returned within this timeframe will be invoiced.
